How does buyer funding fit the file service?
Supported buyer-funding work is agreed with each office. Existing agreements remain in place. The accepted file-service scope states which released workflows apply; this page does not expand that agreement.
Does “I sent it” mean the office received it?
No. A buyer’s report of sending is not independent confirmation that the office received funds.
